At 0:40 on September 28, 2020, the first 7545 rare earth magnesium alloy square ingot in Jiangxi Province jointly developed by the company and Professor Le Qichi, Key Laboratory of material electromagnetic process research of Northeast University, was successfully offline in the melting and casting workshop of the company's rare earth non-ferrous alloy division. According to the comprehensive analysis of crystallization process simulation data and alloy surface quality, the products have reached the first-class level in China, which marks that the company has made a breakthrough in the field of rare earth lightweight alloys, and laid a solid foundation for the continuous research and development of rare earth magnesium alloy materials with independent intellectual property rights. After the successful trial production of rare earth hot work die steel, the trial production of new rare earth application materials has been successful. It marks that the company has made great progress in transformation and upgrading from rare earth additive industry to downstream industrial chain, and has made due contribution to the application field of rare earth new materials in China.
