DESCRIPTION

1. Product features and application range:

(1) Low silicon content, uniform particle size, stable chemical composition, and can be arbitrarily deployed according to user requirements; a large amount of recycled material can be used, the range of casting pig iron is wider, and the range of inoculant production of nodular iron can be increased;

(2) The composition of the nodulizer contains valuable heavy rare earth elements. Compared with common nodulizers, it has stronger nodularization ability, better graphite roundness, strong resistance to nodularization decline, and no worries about nodularization decline;

(3) The price is lower, it is an ideal replacement product for traditional nodulizers, and it is widely used in the casting of various castings;

(4) The surface of the spheroidizing agent is treated by special process and contains smoldering substances. It is an upgraded product of the ordinary low-silicon spheroidizing agent, which can delay the reaction, avoid the phenomenon of fast detonation and excessive reaction, and increase the yield. Effectively avoid the sticking phenomenon;

(5) It is suitable for the temperature of molten iron at 1400-1500 ℃, and the ordinary flushing method (or other methods) is used for spheroidizing. The addition amount is 1.5-2.2% (depending on the impurity content of the molten iron). 2. Physical state

⑴The cross-section of the product should be silver-gray, and the surface contains flame-retardant substances;

⑵The particle size range of the product is 16×10&22×10mm, uniform and consistent, and can also be processed according to user requirements.

⑶ The buyer has special requirements on the chemical composition, which can be negotiated separately by both parties.

3. Packaging, logo and quality certificate

⑴Packing and marking: the product is packed in a double-layer woven bag with a clear name and quantity mark, 25kg/bag, and the packing method can also be selected according to user requirements;

⑵Quality certificate: issue a product quality certificate that meets the user's requirements and conforms to the product.
