DESCRIPTION
Composite inoculant series products : a new type of inoculant based on yttrium-based heavy rare earths with strong nucleation ability and anti-incubation decline ability, and optimized composite graphitization elements, stabilizing elements and surface active elements. This series of inoculants is completely suitable for the production of thick and large section ductile iron and alloy iron castings with different quality requirements.
Features:
1 . Promote graphitization, inhibit the formation of carbides in the metal matrix, and significantly reduce the tendency of whitening.
2 . Significantly improve the morphology and distribution of graphite, promote the formation of A -type graphite in cast iron and uniform distribution, increase the number of graphite balls in ductile iron parts, refine graphite balls, and improve the roundness of graphite balls.
3 . The anti-spheroidal decline ability is extremely strong, and there is no worry about the growth and decline. At the same time, the production of nodular iron with light rare earth and pure magnesium nodularizers can significantly improve the anti-spheroidal decline ability.
4 . Refining eutectic clusters, reducing segregation, and homogenizing the structure, thereby improving the isotropy of cast iron properties and reducing casting stress and section sensitivity of castings.
5 . Participate in the formation of microalloying, strengthen the metal matrix, increase strength, adjust hardness, and improve cutting performance.

2. Physical properties:
(1) The section of the product is silver-gray,
(2) The particle size range of the product is 0.1-15mm (determined according to the quality of molten iron, casting size, and inoculation method),
(3) If the buyer has special needs for chemical composition and particle size, the supplier and buyer can negotiate separately.
3. Packaging, logo and quality certificate:
(1) Packaging and marking: the product is packed in double-layer woven bags lined with plastic bags or iron drums, with obvious name and quantity marks, woven bags, 25kg/ bag; special specifications are packed in iron drums, 50 kg / barrel;
(2) Quality certificate: issue a product quality certificate that meets the requirements and conforms to the product.
