Longyi's old factory held on-site disposal plan drill for smelting furnace

In order to ensure the safety of the company's employees, prevent safety accidents from occurring, and seek help and control in an orderly and effective manner after accidents occur, a special disposal plan for the smelting furnace is formulated in accordance with the Safety Production Law of the People's Republic of China and the actual situation of the company. At present, the company has 5 melting furnaces as the main equipment for producing high-temperature alloy liquid.

At present, the company has 5 melting furnaces as the main equipment for producing high-temperature alloy liquid.
During the production process, due to reasons such as prolonged use of furnace lining, poor quality of raw materials, knotting, sintering of furnace lining, and improper operation, the phenomenon of furnace sealing, furnace piercing, and furnace jumping can be handled by the following methods.
(1) Furnace sealing: When smelting alloys, it is generally considered as furnace sealing if there is no reaction (no sound, no smoke, flame, alloy liquid emitting, etc.) in the furnace after 10 to 15 minutes of feeding. At this time, the machine should be immediately shut down, and the production personnel should leave the site. One person should tilt the furnace body to a 45 degree angle, let the furnace material cool, open the sealed furnace material, and then start production.
(2) Passing through the furnace: During production, the workshop team leader is responsible for regularly inspecting the furnace lining. If there are signs of excessive redness or alloy liquid leaking from the furnace lining, the machine should be stopped immediately, the alloy liquid should be poured out, and after the furnace lining cools down, the furnace should be repaired or rebuilt according to the situation.
(3) Bouncing furnace: Due to improper material size, feeding method, operation, furnace size, and other reasons, alloy liquid jumps out of the furnace during production. At this time, the machine should be immediately shut down and a special emergency response plan should be initiated. The principle of "self rescue first, unified command, and division of responsibilities" is implemented, and all work is controlled and handled in a procedural and step-by-step manner to avoid or minimize casualties and property losses caused by safety accidents. Cover up the spilled alloy liquid with fire sand, and then check if the equipment and water pipes are burnt out. Replace the burnt out parts in a timely manner and clean the site in a timely manner.

5、 Exercise content:
Accident setting: At 16:00 pm on September 27, 2023, furnace employees Hu * *, Yang * *, and Wang * * were operating the 1 # furnace and experienced a jumping accident. The high-temperature solution sprayed out of the furnace and sprayed onto Hu * * and Yang * * who were operating on the platform. Hu * * was seriously injured, Yang * * was slightly injured, and no other personnel were injured.

On the afternoon of September 27, 2023, at 16:00 pm, furnace employees Hu * *, Yang * *, and Wang * * were operating the 1 # furnace and experienced a jumping accident. The high-temperature solution sprayed out of the furnace and sprayed onto the platform operators Hu * * and Yang * *. Hu * * was seriously injured, while Yang * * was slightly injured. On the afternoon of September 27, 2023, at 16:00 pm, furnace employees Hu * *, Yang * *, and Wang * * were operating the 1 # furnace and experienced a jumping accident. The high-temperature solution sprayed out of the furnace and sprayed onto the platform operators Hu * * and Yang * *. Hu * * was seriously injured, while Yang * * was slightly injured. The high-temperature liquid sprayed outside the furnace burned the tons of bags that had not been cleaned up in time in the workshop, and the magnesium chips on the ground burned. Wu * *, who was weighing materials at a distance from the site, immediately reported to the workshop director. After receiving Wu * *'s report, the workshop director immediately organized personnel to visit the site to understand the situation and reported to the safety and environmental protection minister. The safety and environmental protection minister immediately rushed to the accident site and reported to the deputy commander in chief. Upon receiving the notification, the deputy commander in chief reported to the emergency commander in chief, who ordered the launch of the special emergency response plan for the melting furnace jump furnace.

2. After receiving the order, the rescue team immediately put on protective equipment and ran towards furnace 1. They found Hu * * and Yang * * lying on the edge of furnace 1. Hu * * had severe burns, while Yang * * had mild burns. They cleaned up sparks and dirt on their bodies, carried the severely burned Hu * * to a cool and ventilated area outside the workshop, and helped Yang * * with minor burns out of the workshop. They were given temporary emergency treatment; Waiting for the ambulance to arrive.

After receiving the notification, the logistics support team prepared emergency supplies such as stretchers, first aid kits, and medicine boxes while waiting for the arrival of rescue personnel. While clearing debris and obstacles on the road leading to the smelting furnace, contacting the hospital, funding, reporting work-related injuries, and assisting the rescue team in carrying Hu * * and Yang * * onto emergency vehicles and sending them to the hospital, sending personnel to track all changes in the accident person in the future and reporting to the commander in chief at any time.
After the emergency rescue is completed, clean up the site and remove any remaining debris, such as cotton cloth, fire extinguishers, and plastic woven bags. Restore the state after the drill to the same as before, resume production as soon as possible, and return the items used by each group by self collection (borrowing).
